Welcome to Untrivo Uninstaller ("Untrivo", "the Software", "we", "us"). This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Untrivo, governing the download, execution, and use of our Windows executable application and the access to our official website (untrivo.com).

By downloading the executable, installing the application, or utilizing any of its tools (including deep residual uninstallation, Working Set RAM cleaner, and desktop floating HUD gadget), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Software License Grant

Subject to your adherence to these Terms, Untrivo grants you a personal, free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and run the binary executable of Untrivo Uninstaller on computers running compatible 64-bit editions of Microsoft Windows 11 and Windows 10.

This license authorizes you to:

  • Install and execute the Software across multiple personal, home, or workplace computers.
  • Use all integrated tools without paywalls, activation keys, or in-app purchases.
  • Recommend and share direct links to Untrivo's official website and verified GitHub Releases repository.

2. Prohibited Uses & Restrictions

As an express condition of use, you agree NOT to engage in any of the following activities:

  1. Malicious Repackaging: You may not modify, decompile, or re-bundle the executable binary to insert viruses, trojans, adware, spyware, cryptominers, or any unauthorized payloads.
  2. Unauthorized Commercialization: You may not resell, charge subscription fees, rent, or monetize the binary installer on third-party download platforms.
  3. Identity Misrepresentation: You may not impersonate the Untrivo developer team or use our visual marks to endorse third-party products without prior written consent.
  4. Unlawful Activity: You may not use Untrivo for unlawful acts, sabotage of third-party computer systems, or violation of applicable laws.

3. System Requirements & Elevated Privileges

Untrivo is an advanced technical utility designed to interact with deep Windows layers:

  • User Account Control (UAC): To read and purge orphaned Registry entries (HKLM) and access subdirectories in Program Files or ProgramData, the application requires elevated Administrator privileges.
  • System APIs: To optimize RAM memory, the software issues safe kernel calls through native process management APIs (EmptyWorkingSet).
  • Windows Auto-Startup & Startup Programs Management: To deliver real-time RAM memory telemetry and ensure the desktop HUD gadget is readily available, Untrivo configures itself upon initial execution to start minimized in the background with Windows. This behavior can be toggled on or off by the User at any time directly within the "Windows Startup" section of the application, or through the Windows Task Manager Startup tab. Furthermore, Untrivo provides the User with tools to enable or disable third-party startup software at their own discretion and control.
Operational Transparency Principle

Untrivo never performs silent or forced deletions without giving you the opportunity to review the classified breakdown of discovered residual files. Every purge requires user confirmation.

4. User Responsibility & System Backups

While Untrivo incorporates rigorous safety filters and heuristic algorithms, the User acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Pre-Deletion Verification: It is the user's responsibility to review the list of suggested residual files, folders, and registry keys before confirming permanent deletion.
  • Routine Backups: The user should maintain regular backups of important personal documents and critical projects before applying deep modifications to their operating system.

5. SafetyGuard Technology & Restore Points

Untrivo features SafetyGuard to mitigate risks inherent in modifying the operating system:

  • Active Whitelists: The analysis engine systematically excludes critical Windows directories (System32, WinSxS), video drivers, network interfaces, and shared Microsoft dependencies (.NET Runtime, Visual C++ Redistributable, DirectX).
  • Volume Shadow Copy (VSS) Integration: Untrivo attempts to create a native Windows System Restore point before applying structural changes to the Registry.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNTRIVO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

The creators of Untrivo expressly disclaim any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted compatibility with non-standard hardware setups or discontinued legacy Windows versions (e.g., Windows 7 or XP).

7. Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL UNTRIVO'S DEVELOPERS OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DATA LOSS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR SYSTEM BOOT CONFLICTS) ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
